COVID-19: A Letter to our Clients & Partners

Undoubtedly, each and every one of us is experiencing the most unprecedented moment in our lives – personally, professionally and as a connected global community. As the impacts of the global coronavirus pandemic continue to unfold daily, I wanted to take a moment to share with you Navint’s response, as well as our commitment to our clients and partners during this time.

First and foremost, we hope that you and your families are staying safe and healthy. Our thoughts are especially with those who are sick, to whom we extend our sincere wishes for health and recovery. And, to the healthcare workers on the front lines, working selflessly to care for people in need, we would like to offer our heartfelt wishes for your safety as well as our profound gratitude.

At Navint we are and will continue to take all measures necessary to protect the well-being of our people, our clients, our partners and our communities. We have suspended all travel and instituted remote working procedures for all of our employees.

Fortunately, a distributed work model is not new to Navint. We have always leveraged tools and systems that allow us to deliver impactful work for our clients from anywhere in the world. Additionally, and in response to the pandemic we have put in place additional best practices, policies and training to ensure delivery excellence.

Our commitment to our client’s success remains firm. As is our belief that with focus, adaptability and the benefit of experience in navigating trying times, we will stand stronger together.
