Join us on the CPQ & Billing Trail

Whether you’re new to Salesforce or a long-time customer, Dreamforce is the highly-anticipated, four-day annual event for the entire Salesforce community. Last year, over 170,000 people across the globe descended on San Francisco to attend, learn, give back, have fun, network, and challenge the way they think about business.

Navint is excited to be a part of the community of Trailblazers attending this year. We’ll be focused on helping friends old and new make Salesforce CPQ & Billing the center of their recurring revenue operations. Whether you’re currently evaluating solutions, contemplating architectural design, ready for implementation, or looking to course correct a current project, our team can help you navigate at any point on your Salesforce journey. If you’re planning to be there and need help with any aspect of your CPQ & Billing project we’d love to see how we can help, email info@navint.com.

In the meantime check out some helpful tips to gear up for the event.

1. Plan your schedule before you arrive

Dreamforce sessions fill up fast. Download the Salesforce Events app as soon as it’s available and register for sessions you’d like to attend. We think it’s a good idea to 5 to 10 “must attend” sessions. This helps establish priorities and gives room in the schedule for networking, walking the exhibit floor, on-sight meetings, etc.

You can find up-to-date session and schedule information by visiting the Dreamforce website. And, here’s a sneak peak of a few CPQ & Billing sessions currently planned:

2. Carve out ample time each day for networking.

Impromptu meetings, unexpected introductions, and unplanned invitations make it important to create flexibility in your schedule so you’re able to take advantage of the opportunities that present themselves.

3. Dress for comfort.

Dreamforce spans the Moscone center and several hotels/restaurants in the area, and the weather in San Fran can be unpredictable. The recommended attire is business casual.

4. Carry only what you need.

These are long days with lots of walking. And with so much available via smartphones, there’s no reason to carry everything along with you. Leave it locked at the hotel.

5. Enjoy the show.

Salesforce says there “ain’t no party like a Dreamforce party,” and they’re right. While this year’s benefit concert hasn’t been announced yet, past performers include Metallica, U2, Bruno Mars, and Alicia Keys. Dreamforce sponsors and exhibitors also hold social gatherings across the city—there is something for everyone. Check out this round up of the Ultimate Dreamforce Parties 2019.

Good luck and we hope to see you there!
