A message from CEO, Jim Martindale on Navint’s expansion to EMEA

We are committed to evolving Navint’s strategy to better serve our clients and partners around the multi-faceted lead-to-revenue landscape.  As a part of that, we are proud to announce the launch of our UK and EMEA operations and the appointment of the first three key leaders who will propel the next phase of our growth.

The global COVID-19 pandemic has spotlighted the critical role of lead-to-revenue process and technologies in enabling companies to quickly and efficiently bring new products, pricing and packaging to market. Additionally, the pandemic has accelerated the gap between companies that were poised to nimbly sell, serve, deliver and account via a connected lead-to-revenue architecture and those that were not. Those that had streamlined and unified their front- and back-offices were ready to meet the demands of today’s continuous customer and could therefore quickly flex and even thrive while delivering great customer experience, increasing revenues and reducing costs.

Conversely, many companies are still battling with the complexity of transforming their front- and back-office systems, compromising their competitive positions and growth potential as a result. We’ve heard from many companies over the last 12 months who are taking a hard look at their LTR architectures as a long-term driver of improved growth, efficiencies and customer experience. And those calls came from all over the globe, not just the US, where we have done the bulk of our work over the past 20 years.

It’s this growing international demand that has driven our expansion into the UK and EMEA. Our new regional operations will allow us to be closer to clients to meet their needs and provide local support. It also allows us to expand the significant work we do with Salesforce. As a trusted Salesforce Partner, Navint has extensive experience implementing Salesforce Revenue Cloud and working with its AppExchange applications, including contract lifecycle management, billing, tax and payment gateways, as well as its Sales, Service and Community Clouds. We are one of the few Salesforce Revenue Cloud certified partners and we are at the forefront of leveraging the platform to help our clients create the most robust, streamlined and flexible lead-to-revenue strategies available.

That’s why the news that Satch Patel is joining us from Salesforce as General Manager, EMEA to head up our European operations is so exciting. He brings with him the relationships, knowledge and 20+ years of experience to deliver exceptional service for our customers and oversee and grow our portfolio in the region. Satch has contributed to the growth of many of the world’s largest software and hardware companies including Oracle, Cisco/EMC and Apttus.

Likewise, Robyn Anderson will tap her deep experience in SaaS-based businesses and proven track record transforming operation to her role as Executive Vice President of Advisory, heading up our UK/EMEA Lead-to-Revenue practice. Robyn will be critical in helping clients improve operational efficiency and drive process improvement initiatives with a focus on Revenue Management and ERP systems transformation.

I am equally excited about the appointment of Darren Laws as Head of Client Success for EMEA. Armed with 20+ years of experience as a Software Applications Professional, focused exclusively on the lead-to-revenue landscape over the last decade, he will be laser focused on growing Navint’s Expert Services and Delivery organization. He brings end-to-end expertise of front and back office systems from both Oracle and Salesforce Revenue Cloud and covering multiple CRM and ERP tools.

As you can see from this stellar team, we are committed to bringing the same high-value Lead-to-Revenue Advisory Services and Salesforce Revenue Cloud implementation capabilities Navint is recognized for in the US to our new UK and EMEA operations.

This is an incredibly exciting moment for Navint as our ambition to serve clients where they are based, takes a giant step forward.
